Zion’s Children and Youth groups are made up of children between preschool and college ages.  In addition to Sunday School classes for all ages held every Sunday morning at 9:45a.m., Zion’s children and youth also get together for fun and fellowship during the week!  All meetings are held at the church.

1. The high school group, Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF), meets on Monday afternoons from 4:30-6:00p.m.  We do service projects, have Bible study, and go on reward field trips.
2. Our youngest Disciple Kids are invited to come to our Mother’s Morning Out program held on Tuesday mornings from 9:00a.m. until Noon.  We have tons of fun with our little ones while Moms get a much needed break!
3. Our middle school group, Chi Rho, meets after school on Wednesday afternoons.  After homework is done, Chi Rho kids shepherd our Disciple Kids until dinner is served at Recharge at  6:00p.m.  Then we have Bible study from 7:00-8:00p.m.  We also do service projects and go on reward trips. 
4. Our preschool and elementary age children are called Disciple Kids.  This group participates in the Wednesday After-School program at Zion.  The kids get off the school bus, have snack, complete homework, and have loads of fun until Recharge dinner is served at 6:00p.m.  From 7:00-8:00p.m., the Disciple Kids participate in Rotation Model Bible study.  This is in-depth Bible study like you’ve never experienced!

The Disciples of Christ Church Camp at Craig Springs, Virginia is a fantastic place.  Children and youth are eligible from completion of 1st grade through completion of high school.  The kids who go to camp can’t wait to go back the following year!

Our mission at Zion is to provide a place for young people to come to know their Savior, Our Lord Jesus Christ through exciting devotion, worship, fun, study, and fellowship.
